We recently listed one of our Rehabbed Homes. We decided to list the property with Coldwell Banker Realty who partners with Revitalize. This program allows upgrades to the property , help locating qualified professionals , paying for the service at completion, but collecting from the seller at closing. We decided to take a chance as we have several rehabs in Florida and continue to build our portfolio. Financially , what a great option and secondly, qualified professionals hand selected to complete the jobs. Our goal was to find a landscaping company/ team who had the same level of customer service and integrity in their work and establish a relationship with for future projects.

The first Landscaping Team we decided on lacked it all- Not professional, disrespectful with zero care for their project or customer service. Appalling.

Ty and his team were absolutely fantastic. My once dirt pile of a backyard now has a beautiful bed of grass. Ty was able to get us on their schedule quickly and they were prompt. They were also so considerate of my plant bed because I had mentioned to Ty that I wanted to keep it so they worked around that area. We needed a complete front and backyard makeover from weed control, adding sod and mulch, old bushes removal to planting palm trees around the pool area.
